Here’s a great way to get started on the campus front, builds finger strength at amazing rates, just don’t go too hard, or you will injure yourself. Also the falling down both hands onto a rung is NOT approved by me, it is very dangerous, and you have to be fully confident in your own ability to complete it.
Went sport climbing in colorado today for the first time, clear creek canyon! sent some sweet shtuff! warmed up on a 10c, then hopped on a 10d that was fkn siiiiiiiicckkkkk and then we went to a different wall, got an 11c, and then finished the day with a 12b! all flashed! No fall sundays!

Time for zee gym again.. train train train, 8b by 30, 8b by 30, 8b by 30.. and fix my hamstring.. left leg is fully on the fritz again.. now my knee is being all whacky.. that new problem in the poudre f’d it all up again. fffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, oh well.. no left heel hooks.. again. Hopefully there are new problems up! PSYCHED!
