Here’s a great way to get started on the campus front, builds finger strength at amazing rates, just don’t go too hard, or you will injure yourself. Also the falling down both hands onto a rung is NOT approved by me, it is very dangerous, and you have to be fully confident in your own ability to complete it.
Heading down to boulder again tonight to climb at the infamous CATS! Heard it’s where you get strong.. let’s find out!

Time for zee gym again.. train train train, 8b by 30, 8b by 30, 8b by 30.. and fix my hamstring.. left leg is fully on the fritz again.. now my knee is being all whacky.. that new problem in the poudre f’d it all up again. fffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, oh well.. no left heel hooks.. again. Hopefully there are new problems up! PSYCHED!

Am I getting stronger? I sent another v10. That makes 7 now, was it luck though? I feel good, but should I set more goals? Should I train harder, eat right? god forbid.. should I run? When will the illustrious v13 come into my life? Hopefully before I turn 30.. got 3 more years.. best make it happen.
